I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered a fantastic view of Dal, with beautiful woodwork and a common toilet. The staff was very cooperative and bothered about guests, even going the extra mile to help us with transportation to Gulmarg. The location, right opposite Dal Lake, was truly awesome. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and the facilities were not top-notch.
